‘Tis the season to plan to lose weight, the one that is unwanted and done with a grimace on the face. Millions of people are on their way to the gym, implementing a certain diet and doing all they can to shed those stubborn pounds of unhealthy fat tissue. Or there’s another group that is waiting for all the holidays be over, then heading to the gym, try another or the same diet plan. All in good hopes to shed the unwanted pounds
Yes, the majority of diets will make you lose extra pounds. And after a month-long or so being on a diet, you would want a real life, the one with not counting and measuring when it comes to food enjoyment. The majority will be disappointed. Every year multiple agencies and companies keep the stats of how big the percentage of weight regain is. Actually, they do keep track of repeat customers of many diet products. And that number is staggeringly huge. Meaning that a big majority of people do re-gain weight, plus some, after they return to their lifestyle they wanted to leave behind a diet.
There’s no magic in losing weight. It seems it lies in avoiding to re-gain it after. Here’s a refreshment course supported by many doctors and researchers in the weight loss industry, including Dr. Libby Weaver.
