Does Inflammation Harm Your Body, Health?
Reminders that Make a Difference

Inflammation is a very unique beast. Our body’s incredible immune response to outside pathogens, germs, hurts and bruises comes in a form of inflammation. It is a positive and normal way to protect our health from inside out. It is a smart system that evolved millions of years. What we have is a beautiful way Mother Nature has given us to live our lives.
However, sometimes that same inflammation becomes an ongoing thing in our body. Too much of goodness in this very case can be damaging to our systems and our health. An ongoing inflammation develops into chronic inflammation and manifests itself through many diseases. In cases like rheumatoid arthritis, you feel heat, pain, redness, and swelling. But in other cases – like heart disease, Alzheimer’s, and diabetes – it’s not so obvious, at least in the beginning.
Inflammation starts for different reasons. Doctors recommend whole foods and active lifestyle as preventative measures, as well as when the inflammation has been pinned as one of the diseases.
